DESCRIPTION:All Five Wednesdays in July – Starting July 1st \nat Original Qi in Ballard’s Historical District \n6:00pm – 8:00pm \n$250 for Entire 5-Class Series or $55 Drop-in as space allows \nEnroll Here. \nEXPLORE HERBS IN A TANGIBLE WAY \nSpend your Wednesdays this July sitting in deep connection with nervous system plant medicines. Each week\, we meet to spend time in deep relationship with single herbs. We will brew a fresh tea and sample a tincture of the herb of the week – sitting with plant medicine to gain experiential knowing. \nTogether we learn where the plant comes from\, historical use across traditions\, how to best make medicine from each herb\, and really experience these plants in a tangible\, authentic way. \nYou’ll write your own monograph (a personal field note on the herb) with the framework provided then go home with a small bottle of the herb to sit with through th eweek and ocme back to reflect with. \nWHAT’S PROVIDED: \n\nHerbal tea & tincture each session\nTincture and Loose tea to sit with through the week\nInstruction to create your own monograph\nLight snacks (dinner not included)\n\nGain a real\, embodied connection to the herbs through firsthand experience – appropriate for both new and established herbalists and herb lovers who want a deeper more experiential connection to the plants. \nABOUT YOUR TEACHERS: \nCassidy Moss is the owner of Moss Herbalism herbal clinic where she offers personalized herbal consultations that draw from years of study\, clinical collaboration\, and land-based wisdom. She specializes in creating practical\, holistic wellness plans that fit into modern life\, helping clients reconnect with their health through medicinal plants and evidence-informed strategies. \nDr. Claire Zimmerman\, ND is a licensed Naturopathic primary care Physician and clinical herbalist who specializes in chronic illness\, environmental medicine\, and mental health. She provides comprehensive Naturopathic care by partnering with patients to identify root causes of disease and develop individualized\, evidence-informed treatment plans that support long-term healing. Dr. Zimmerman also teaches at Bastyr University.
