I created this space because I wanted a place where healing could become part of ordinary life.
Instead of waiting until we're depleted, overwhelmed, or hurting enough to seek care, I wanted a place people can easily come back to.
For acupuncture.
For herbs.
For intuitive guidance.
For personal ritual.
For an opportunity to listen more closely to what our body has been trying to tell us. And, just as importantly, a place where we can gather.
That's why I'm opening the doors during the neighborhood sidewalk sale and inviting all to come in. Whether you've been receiving acupuncture for years or you've always wondered what happens once you walk through the door, come meet me, see the space, and experience a little of what we're creating here.

Your Body Is Already Talking
A short ritual for listeningOur bodies are always communicating to us. It's us who need to listen before it starts shouting. In this short guided experience, we'll slow down enough to notice what's been there and explore a simple practice for listening differently. You'll leave with something you can actually use at home — and a taste of the community workshop series to come.
No previous experience needed.
Come for five minutes. Stay for an hour.
If you find us while you're exploring the sidewalk sale, wander in. Look around and meet us, or stay for one of the workshop previews. There is nothing you need to prepare, know, or believe before you walk through the door.
